I finally got a pair of trousers meant to be worn in the rain, nylon outside, with polyester lining. There are three zippered pockets. They are black, and so if I wear them in the city to a concert or some such thing, they will not attract attention. (They would not do for a dressy occasion where my clothing would be subjected to any scrutiny.)
